Dear Parents and Potential Members,

On behalf of the women of the Delta Theta chapter of Sigma Kappa Sorority, I would like to welcome you to Truman State University!  Truman offers its students many new experiences, and Greek life is one in particular that provides endless opportunities.  Please consider taking advantage of the opportunities the Greek community at Truman can offer by going through formal recruitment!

Sigma Kappa is an organization committed to achievement academically, socially, and philanthropically.  Our members are committed to one another and to our organization. Each individual member is vital to the success of the sorority and the strength of the sisterhood.  We each have individual tastes and interests, but are tied together by a common bond of sisterhood.  Whether it's intramural sports, lip-syncing for Homecoming and Greek Week, or participating in philanthropies or social events, Sigma Kappa has something to offer each of its members.

I strongly encourage you to participate in recruitment this fall!  Greek life on our campus is truly unique and can be fully understood only by experiencing it firsthand.  Stay true to yourself and keep an open mind as you learn about what each sorority has to offer.  I look forward to meeting you during recruitment!
